Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the chicken for 5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Stir in Italian seasoning, chicken broth, and lemon juice. Simmer for 2 minutes.
Return the chicken to the skillet and cook for another 5 minutes until fully cooked.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
