Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin with non-stick spray.
Roll out the crescent dough sheet into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, garlic, parsley, and Italian seasoning.
Brush the butter mixture evenly over the dough.
Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly across the dough.
Roll the dough tightly from the short end into a log.
Slice the log into 6 equal pieces.
Place each piece cut side up into a greased muffin tin cavity.
Bake for 18–20 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy warm!
