Two Ingredient Dough Pretzel Bites – Homemade Pretzels Soft Easy Recipes

Let’s be honest: when a snack’s just two ingredients away, I’m all in. These two-ingredient dough pretzel bites are the kind of magic trick you pull out when hunger hits, the pantry’s looking sparse, and you're craving something warm, chewy, and just a little salty. They're ridiculously simple, made with self-rising flour and Greek yogurt—yes, that’s it. No yeast. No rising. No stress. I like to keep a batch of these on deck when the kids get home from school and start raiding the fridge, or when friends pop by and I want to serve something that feels homemade without me having to measure sixteen things. They're also great if you're into quick and easy recipes that don’t ask much of you. And if you've never tried bread easy recipes that come together this fast, let me tell you—it’s a little addictive. Whether you want a cozy weekend bake, a party snack, or a reason to whip out your air fryer (yep, these work there too), these homemade pretzels soft easy recipes deliver. I sometimes brush them with garlic butter. Other times, they take a dip in cheese sauce. I mean… it’s pretzels. There’s no wrong move.
