Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels.

Rub the seasoning mixture generously onto both sides of each pork chop.
Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear the pork chops for about 2 minutes per side until golden brown.
Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
