Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish
  • Green onions, sliced, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F or your oven to 400°F.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together gochujang, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger until smooth.
