While sweet potatoes cook, heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, breaking it apart as it browns.
Stir in garlic, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
Add diced bell pepper and broccoli. Cook until vegetables are just tender but still have some bite.
To assemble, divide roasted sweet potatoes into bowls. Top with beef and vegetable mixture. Garnish with fresh parsley.
