Ingredients
For the Wraps
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
4 large flour tortillas
1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
1/4 cup salsa
Instructions
Prepare the Chicken
Preheat grill or stovetop pan over medium heat.
Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Grill the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice into strips.
Assemble the Wraps
Lay each tortilla flat and sprinkle cheese over half of it.
Top with grilled chicken slices, diced tomatoes, cilantro, shredded lettuce, sour cream, and salsa.
Fold the tortilla tightly into a wrap.
Grill the Wraps
Heat a dry pan over medium heat.
Place each wrap seam-side down in the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Flip and repeat on the other side.
Serve
Slice wraps in half and serve warm with extra salsa or sour cream.
