Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a loaf pan.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, chopped onion, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
Shape the meat mixture into a loaf and place it in the prepared pan.
Spread ½ cup of ketchup evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
