Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning and water to the beef. Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
On a large sheet pan, spread tortilla chips evenly.
Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese over the chips.
Evenly distribute the seasoned beef, black beans, corn, olives, tomatoes, red onion, and jalapeño over the chips.
Top with the remaining cheese.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped cilantro.
Serve hot with sour cream, guacamole, and salsa on the side.
