Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 medium potatoes, cut into cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss cubed potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
  3. Roast potatoes for 25 minutes until golden and crispy on the edges.
