Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup uncooked white rice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil. Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
  3. Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Drain excess grease.
  4. Stir in cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, beef broth, and uncooked rice. Mix well.
  5. Transfer mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  7. Remove foil, sprinkle shredded cheddar over the top, and bake uncovered for 10 more minutes until cheese melts.
