Spread the peanut butter evenly over the tortilla.

Fold the tortilla in half over the bananas.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a bit of butter or cooking spray.
Cook the quesadilla on each side for 1-2 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
Remove from skillet, slice into wedges, and serve warm.
