Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and dry mustard.
Layer the bread cubes in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle cooked sausage and cheese over the bread.
Pour the egg mixture evenly over the top.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes or until set and golden brown.
Let cool slightly before serving.
