In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, and dry mustard.
Layer the bread cubes in the greased baking dish, followed by the cooked sausage and shredded cheese.
Pour the egg mixture evenly over the layers.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until set and golden brown.
Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
