Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes, sliced into rounds
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the potato rounds with olive oil.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Coat the potato slices with the Parmesan mixture and place them on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
