Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon together.
Brush each triangle with melted butter, then sprinkle generously with cinnamon sugar.
Roll each triangle up starting from the wide end to the tip, forming a crescent shape.
Place on the baking sheet and bake for 9–11 minutes, or until golden brown.
Cool slightly before serving. Drizzle with icing if you’re feeling fancy.
