Mini Bacon Ranch Cheeseballs – Easy Recipes for Dinner Approved

Some days call for stretchy pants, a cozy couch, and a plate of these Mini Bacon Ranch Cheeseballs 😋. They’re creamy, herby, slightly salty, and bite-sized—basically, if cheese had a party outfit, this would be it. I like to think of them as the introverts of the appetizer world: small, quiet, but everyone ends up loving them. These little flavor bombs come together faster than it takes to find the end of the plastic wrap roll (you know the struggle). Loaded with cream cheese, ranch seasoning, cheddar, green onions, and, of course, crispy bacon—because bacon makes everything better, right? Roll 'em, chill 'em, stab 'em with a pretzel stick and watch them disappear faster than your willpower at a midnight snack raid. Perfect for game day spreads, potlucks, or that one time you wanted to impress your in-laws with minimal effort. Trust me, they taste like you tried way harder than you actually did. And hey, no judgment if you sneak a couple before serving. I always do 😉.

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz) blocks of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • ½ cup chopped parsley (optional, for rolling)
  • Pretzel sticks for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with the ranch seasoning until smooth.
  2. Fold in shredded cheddar, green onions, and half of the crumbled bacon.
  3. Scoop out small portions and roll them into bite-sized balls.
  4. Combine remaining bacon and chopped parsley on a plate. Roll each cheeseball in the mixture to coat.
  5. Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  6. Stick a pretzel into each one just before serving. Try not to eat half of them in the process.
