Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, whip the egg whites with the baking powder and salt until stiff peaks form.
In a separate bowl, blend the cottage cheese with the egg yolks until smooth.
Gently fold the yolk mixture into the whipped egg whites, being careful not to deflate them.
Spoon dollops of the batter onto the baking sheet, shaping into rounds.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden and set. Cool slightly before enjoying.
