Ingredients

  • 12 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned; drain excess grease.
  4. Stir in onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  5. Pour in beef broth and let simmer for 2 minutes.
  6. Reduce heat to low, add heavy cream, and slowly stir in cheddar and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Mix in crumbled bacon and cooked pasta, stirring until fully coated in the creamy sauce.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
