Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in pork chops
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp ground ginger

Instructions
