Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Pat dry the pork tenderloins with paper towels. Trim any excess fat or silver skin.
In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Rub the pork tenderloins all over with olive oil, then coat with the seasoning mix.
Place the pork in a roasting pan or cast iron skillet.
Roast for 25 to 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Remove from oven and let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
