Ingredients

  • 3 pounds boneless pork loin roast
  • 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (or use your air fryer at the same temp, trust me on this).
  2. Pat the pork dry with paper towels. If it's damp, that beautiful crust won't form.
  3. In a small bowl, mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  4. Rub the spice mix all over the pork. Get into the crevices. Don’t be shy.
  5. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the pork on all sides until golden-brown (about 5–6 minutes total).
  6. Mix the honey and minced garlic together and brush it all over the seared roast.
  7. Place pork in a roasting pan (or your air fryer basket if you're living the high-tech life).
  8. Roast for 45–60 minutes, or until internal temp hits 145°F. Don’t guess—use a thermometer.
  9. Let it rest 10–15 minutes before slicing. It's worth the wait. Promise.
