Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom half in a greased baking dish.
Layer the salami, ham, pepperoni, and provolone cheese evenly over the bottom half of the rolls.
Sprinkle chopped banana peppers over the meat and cheese layers.
Place the top half of the rolls back on and press gently.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and red pepper flakes.
Brush the butter mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes until golden brown.
Serve warm and enjoy!
