Slice the chicken breasts horizontally to create four thinner cutlets.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add chicken cutlets to the skillet and sear for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
Pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken and reduce heat to low.
Simmer for 3–4 minutes, basting the chicken with the sauce until it thickens slightly.
Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions and serve hot.
