Healthy Finger Foods Air Fryer Cheesy Mashed Potato Balls

Let me tell you, these little golden potato balls are the kind of snack that makes you feel like a kitchen genius. I still remember the first time I made them in my air fryer — I was convinced they'd either fall apart or taste like bland leftovers. But no, they came out crispy, cheesy, and downright addictive. This is the kind of recipe that turns boring mashed potatoes into a star attraction. We’re talking about soft, creamy centers wrapped in a crispy shell, with melty cheese hiding inside like a secret treasure. Doesn’t that sound like something worth biting into? And here’s the real bonus: because they’re cooked in the air fryer, you don’t have to wrestle with a pot of hot oil. That means less mess, less grease, and more time actually enjoying your food. It’s one of those healthy finger foods that somehow manages to feel indulgent without leaving you with regrets. Perfect for late-night snacks, party trays, or even a side dish that steals the show.
