Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Flatten each biscuit and place a cube of mozzarella in the center.
  3. Wrap the dough around the cheese, pinching the edges to seal.
  4. Place the biscuit bombs seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  5. Brush each biscuit with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  8. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
