Add flour, salt, melted butter, and egg. Knead for 8-10 minutes until a smooth dough forms.
Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
In a small bowl, mix minced garlic, chopped parsley, and Parmesan cheese.
Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread the garlic mixture evenly over it.
Roll the dough into a log and slice it into 12 equal pieces.
Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
Brush with extra melted butter and serve warm.
