Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Toss shrimp with the butter mixture until well coated.
  4. Arrange shrimp in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese evenly over the shrimp.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until shrimp turns pink and opaque.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
