Ingredients

  • 4 large russet potatoes, cut into fries
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Toss the fries with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Spread them on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  5. Remove from the oven and toss with Parmesan cheese, parsley, and Italian seasoning.
