Garlic Parmesan Focaccia Bread - Homemade Dinner Recipes

If bread had a personality, focaccia would be the charming one who shows up to dinner with a bottle of wine and makes everyone laugh. I love this garlic parmesan focaccia bread because it feels fancy but it’s actually simple to make. It fits right into homemade dinner recipes, and once you bake it, the smell of garlic and butter will have people following their noses straight to your kitchen. I remember the first time I made this, I was a little nervous—bread dough can be intimidating. But once I pressed my fingertips into that soft dough, it was almost therapeutic. The olive oil soaks into every little dimple, and when it bakes, you get this golden crust with fluffy insides. Tell me, who can resist pulling apart a warm, cheesy square of bread while waiting for dinner to be served? This recipe is part of the kind of homemade recipes we come back to often. It works as a side for pasta, soups, or honestly, it can steal the spotlight as the main event. Whether you’re looking for a dinner rolls recipe homemade easy, craving classic Dinner Recipes, or just searching for dinners recipes that actually make the table feel special, this focaccia will not disappoint.

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (plus more for drizzling)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  6. Let dough rise again for 20 minutes. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
