Preheat your grill to medium heat.
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Pat chicken dry and coat evenly with the garlic-oil mixture.
Grill chicken for about 6-8 minutes on each side until cooked through.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the chicken during the last 2 minutes of grilling.
Once golden and slightly crispy, remove from the grill.
Squeeze lemon juice over the top and garnish with parsley if you’re feeling fancy.
Serve hot, and try not to fight over the crispiest piece.
