Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until browned. Drain excess grease.
  3. Mix the cooked beef with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
  4. Flatten each biscuit dough piece and place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center. Fold and pinch the dough to seal.
  5. Place the stuffed biscuits seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  6. Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush over the biscuits.
  7. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
  8. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
