Pat the chicken dry and season it generously with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken pieces in a single layer. Sear for 3–4 minutes without stirring until golden.
Flip the pieces and cook for another 3–4 minutes, until fully cooked through.
Add butter and garlic to the pan. Stir and cook for another minute until fragrant.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
