Unroll the crescent dough and separate into individual triangles.
Spoon a portion of the beef mixture onto each triangle, then top with crumbled bacon and shredded cheese.
Roll up each triangle starting from the wide end and place them on the baking sheet.
Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with parsley if desired.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
