Ingredients

  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
  2. Cut each biscuit into quarters and place them in a large bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon. Toss biscuit pieces in the mixture until coated.
  4. Layer the coated biscuit pieces in the prepared bundt pan, adding pecans if using.
  5. In a saucepan, melt butter and stir in brown sugar and vanilla. Pour over the biscuit mixture.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before inverting onto a plate. Serve warm and enjoy!
