Ingredients

  • 1 lb bok choy, washed and chopped
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the chopped bok choy and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender but still crisp.
  4. Drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil, tossing everything to coat evenly.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
  6. Serve immediately as a side dish or over rice for a light meal.
