Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and cook until pink.
  4. Transfer the shrimp to a baking dish.
  5. In a small bowl, mix heavy cream, Parmesan, and butter. Pour over the shrimp.
  6. Top with breadcrumbs and bake for 15 minutes until golden.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
