Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Cooked rice, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine chicken, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, add bell peppers, broccoli, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet. Add oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil.
  6. Toss everything together and cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. Serve hot over cooked rice.
