Fold in the cooked pasta until evenly coated.
Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan over the top.
Cover and cook for 5 minutes, or broil in the oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with fresh basil or parsley if you’re feeling fancy, then serve hot.
