In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Coat each chicken roll with flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumb mixture.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sear each chicken roll until golden brown.
Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until fully cooked.
Remove toothpicks and serve warm.
