Place chicken in the bottom of your crockpot.
In a bowl, mix together BBQ sauce, Italian dressing, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce.
Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken.
Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken is fully cooked and tender.
Shred the chicken with two forks right in the crockpot and stir well to mix with the sauce.
Serve warm on buns, in wraps, or over a salad.
