Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1 bottle (about 18 oz) of your favorite BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
