Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, ensuring they are well-coated.
  3. Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper over the cauliflower. Toss to distribute evenly.
  4. Spread the cauliflower florets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Roast for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the cauliflower during the last 5 minutes of roasting.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy!
