Freeze mozzarella sticks for at least 1 hour before coating.
Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mixture of panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Dip each mozzarella stick into the flour, then the eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
Repeat the egg and breadcrumb coating for extra crunch.
Freeze the coated sticks for another 30 minutes to prevent cheese leakage.
Heat oil in a pan to 350°F (175°C). Fry the cheese sticks in batches for about 2 minutes until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels and serve hot with marinara sauce.
