  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 12 oz bowtie pasta
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook until soft.
  3. Add minced garlic and ground beef, cooking until the beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. Sprinkle flour over the beef mixture and stir well.
  5. Pour in beef broth and heavy cream, stirring until combined.
  6. Add shredded cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir until cheese melts.
  7. Mix in the cooked pasta and stir to coat everything in the creamy sauce.
  8. Simmer for a few minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
