Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook chicken until golden on both sides and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  4. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add the cream cheese, chicken broth, and Italian seasoning.
  6. Stir until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over the top.
