Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) instant yeast
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp melted butter (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Add melted butter, egg, and salt, then mix in flour gradually.
  3. Knead the dough for 8-10 minutes until smooth, then let it rise for 1 hour.
  4. Roll out the dough into a rectangle and brush with melted butter.
  5. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over the dough.
  6. Roll the dough tightly, place it in a greased loaf pan, and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let it cool before slicing and serving.
