Ingredients

  • 2 packs Korean ramen noodles
  • 250g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the beef slices with soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and a pinch of salt. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat a grill pan and cook the beef quickly until charred on the edges but still juicy inside. Set aside.
  3. Cook the ramen noodles according to package directions, then drain and keep warm.
  4. In a pan, melt butter and stir in gochujang, chili flakes, and garlic. Cook until fragrant.
