Ingredients

  • 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye or sirloin steak
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • 8 slices provolone cheese

Instructions
