Cut each cinnamon roll into four bite-sized pieces.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
Dip cinnamon roll pieces in the egg mixture until well coated.
