Churro Cruffins – Sweet Easy Recipes for a Cinnamon-Sugar Treat

There’s something magical about the smell of cinnamon and sugar filling your kitchen, isn’t there? Whenever I bake these Churro Cruffins, it’s like the whole house stops what it’s doing just to hover around the oven. You’d think I was giving away cash in the kitchen, not just baking. These cruffins are buttery, flaky, and rolled in that classic cinnamon-sugar mix we all secretly wish was acceptable to put on everything. They’re easy to make—yes, really—and they taste like a churro and a croissant had a baby and raised it on love and weekend brunches. Whether you’re craving something sweet with your coffee or looking to impress your brunch guests (or just yourself, no judgment), these cruffins hit the spot. The dough does most of the work for you. All you need is a little roll, a little twist, and a whole lot of cinnamon sugar. Let’s make magic in muffin form.
