Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
Unroll the puff pastry and brush it with melted butter.
Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar evenly over the pastry.
Cut the pastry into 6 equal strips.
Roll each strip into a tight coil, then place into the muffin tin.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let them cool slightly, then roll the tops in more cinnamon sugar before serving.
